Dent Damage

Just to let you know that we were delighted with the work that Frank did to our car on Monday. There was a lot of extra traffic caused by the accidents on the M2, which had to be closed in part, but Frank phoned ahead to warn us he may be late arriving although he managed to get here shortly after his appointed time. He worked very cleanly without causing any disruption to our comings and goings and we were very pleased with the finished work.

Thank you very much for the repairs to my Toyota Yaris today, your man has done a brilliant job. An older car it might be but it does me fine and is not (as my insurance company seem to assume) ready for the breakers yard yet, after your hard work today it looks smarter than ever for a T reg. Thank you also for doing the repairs as soon as I dropped in, I was not expecting that! It was a pleasure meeting you today and with your friendly manner and the excellent service you provide I am sure your business will go from strength to strength.

My first contact with Ben from Autospray Solutions was to fix the car of a stranger whose door had accidentally been damaged by the wind blowing our own car door out of my wife's hand and creating severe denting to an adjacent parked and unattended vehicle. Needless to say I didn't want to lose my car insurance no claims so decided to find a repairer and pay for the work personally.

Ben from Autospray Solutions has been repairing our vehicles here at the Royal docks for the last couple of years. He has worked on four of my five vehicles various times and always does a good job and the vehicles are turned around in less than 24 hours.

I am not a person that gives endorsements easily, but when due I feel that I have an obligation to do so. I had one of the Autospray Solutions guys visit me at home last Saturday to fix a dent in my car. Not only was the guy a pleasure but the work done was beyond showroom finish. These guys do truly have an outstanding service and the quality of work is excellent.
